One of the basic traits that separates mammals from insects, reptiles, fish and plants is that almost all species in our phylum have a modicum of respect for the dead. Respecting our own dead is a mammal trait, but disrespecting human remains is a human trait. Is it a coincidence that a German is behind the "Body World's" exhibits?
